Job Purpose
To assist in the effective account management of Everything Tech Group's customers by providing excellent customer service, alongside providing a high level of support to our Sales and Technical Teams.
Answering inbound sales queries and responding to requests from the technical support team, our Sales and Business Support Specialist will ensure all group customers receive quick, effective, and positive customer service by responding quickly to non-technical sales enquiries, processing orders, and supporting the wider sales team. They will be responsible for ensuring all systems are up to date with accurate information and assisting with sales order processing and billing queries.
Our Sales Specialist will contribute to the wider Sales Team helping to achieve increased revenue by assisting with gathering pricing for larger proposals that are being worked on and will support project delivery co-ordinating the ordering, delivery and handover of hardware, software and licensing as projects progress to completion. They will also have high attention to detail to enable them to undertake sales administration duties, ensuring revenues and customer contracts are recorded and processed consistently and accurately.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Dealing with inbound sales calls, ensuring our customers receive prompt and friendly service at all times
- Responding to tickets handed off from the technical support team for replacement parts and upgrades required for the resolution of support issues
- Working closely with Technical Teams to ensure all quotes and recommendations are relevant and solutions-based
- Liaising with suppliers and / or the Procurement Team to source relevant solutions and hardware at the best possible price
- Sending quotes to customers for approval
- Processing approved sales to ensure a robust handover to our Procurement Team
- Tracking the progress of sales orders, keeping customers up to date with any issues and proposed resolutions
- Ensuring sales orders are processed accurately through to invoice stage, ensuring a robust handover to our Accounts Team
- To be responsible for the creation and maintenance of customer agreements relating to new and existing sales
- To ensure our systems are kept up to date at all times, undertaking regular checks to identify and rectify any errors or gaps in information
- To assist the Sales Team in moving forward any sales pipeline, undertaking duties as directed by the Sales Manager and/or Commercial Director
- To provide a high level of administration support to the Sales and Technical Teams to assist in the completion of proposal and project documentation, opportunity logging and general admin duties as required.
- To undertake and assist with any other roles to ensurethe smooth running of the business.
- Responsible for following the companies ISMS while monitoring the performance of it and reporting issues to top management.
Experience,Qualifications, Personal Attributes
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role is essential
- Experience of Sales Administration and/ or Account Management
- Experience or proven understanding of the IT industry is desirable
- Experience of Sales and CRM software e.g. Hubspot & Autotask
- Computer literacy with solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications; particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication and people skills, both verbal and written
- Sales-focused with a drive to achieve
