Job Purpose  

To take responsibility for all internal and external marketing delivery within the business. To be a positive member of the Everything Tech team. 

 

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities 

  • To support the Sales Director and Account Management Team in all aspects of marketing Everything Tech.
  • To deliver the day-to-day marketing requirements covering the following areas:
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver branding and PR objectives
    • New Revenue Generation
    • Existing Customer Engagement
    • Social and Digital
    • Graphic Design
    • Events and Networking
    • Staff Engagement
    • Internal Coms
  • To script, agree and implement a marketing delivery plan in line with the annual business goals.
  • To adhere and deliver all marketing in line with the set annual budget.
  • To report on marketing performance per channel, campaign, activity and commercials.
  • To agree and implement an annual content plan to cover all key marketing areas.
  • To deliver consistent, relevant and engaging campaigns across all Social Media channels encouraging business generation.
  • To work in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Director (SMD) in delivering the new business campaign ensuring the annual target is achieved.
  • To work with the PR partner in building maximum brand awareness in line with the annual business goals.
  • To work in conjunction with the Customer Account Manager in the delivery of an Existing Customer engagement campaign split between value and upselling awareness.
  • To proactively network and build relationships within the relevant Business communities.
  • To do an annual customer demographic review and delivery channel specific campaigns.
  • To assist the SMD in the management of the Digital Agency and their performance.
  • To work in conjunction with the Managing Director (MD) in improving customer retention and improved customer contact strategies.
  • To work in conjunction with the MD in the delivery of an annual Staff engagement strategy to ensure retention, motivation and communication.
  • To manage the production of all graphic design work within budget, timescales and brief either internally or externally with the approved partner. (In-house design software is Adobe)
  • To continuously monitor competitor activity and report back to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • To ensure marketing compliance GDPR, MPS, TPS and other legal statutes.
  • To work with the SMD to create and produce regular video and podcast content ensuring maximum exposure and engagement online.
  • To design and produce all Company event collateral.
  • To update the Autotask system with all data and leads ensuring it is accurate and worked.
  • To identify new marketing opportunities when relevant.
  • To perform any other duties as required by the company to ensure the successful and efficient running of the business.

 

Experience, Qualifications, Personal Attributes

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within similar marketing role
  • Experience of managing digital content and creating e-publications
  • Microsoft Office incl PowerPoint
  • High level of computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, email and internet (essential)
  • Creative and proactive with the drive and ambition to develop a career in marketing
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Flair for writing copy
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Creative, practical and able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Commercial thinker
