1st Line IT Engineer at Everything Tech Group

Your Office Anywhere are a part of Everything Tech Group, we provide remote desktop and cloud hosting of applications to 2,500 users in the UK but also Europe and the rest of the world. Due to growth over the last 12 months we are now looking for a motivated  1st Line Engineer to join our Service Desk Team.

Job Purpose

In this role you would be providing a 1st Line IT support to all end users. You would be required to proactively resolve software issues from all incoming channels. To deliver a high level of customer service in line with set Company Service Level Agreements. To be a proactive member of the Service Desk Team and ensure adherence to all set company processes and standards.

• Working with virtual machines (Hyper-V preferred)
• Working to SLAs
• Microsoft 365 administration and support
• Networking, TCP/IP
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Ability to manage tasks effectively and to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Desired Experience: 

• Microsoft Server: 1 year (preferred)
• Desktop support: 1 year (preferred)
• IT support: 1 year (required)

Hours of Work and Company Information:

• 7.5 hour shift
• 37.5 hour working week (full time)
• Day shift Working hours will be between 8am and 6pm with staggered starts which can be managed within the team once you are up and running.
• Monday to Friday 
• Office based
